Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because each item is custom made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of pickup. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Failure to pick up an order does not qualify for a refund.
