When will I receive my pillow?

All pillows will be available for pickup at a Krewe of Music meeting in October.

We'll announce the exact pickup date, time, and location as it gets closer.
Will my pillow be shipped to my home?

No. To keep things simple, all orders will be picked up in person at the designated Krewe of Music meeting.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes! If you're unable to attend, you may have another Krewe of Music member pick up your order.

Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for them.
Can I throw this pillow during the parade?

Absolutely!

Whether you choose to keep it as a collectible or make someone's Carnival extra special by tossing it from the float, that's entirely up to you.
Is this pillow available to the public?

No. This is a limited-edition design created exclusively for Krewe of Music members.
Can I return or exchange my pillow?

Because each pillow is made exclusively for our krewe, all sales are final.
Will there be additional designs available?

This pillow is part of our exclusive 2027 collection.

If future designs become available, we'll be sure to let the krewe know first.
Is there a limit to how many pillows I can order?

There isn't a set limit, so you're welcome to order as many as you'd like.

However, pillows are available on a first come, first served basis, and quantities are limited.
